PRE-ORDER TERMS
By placing a pre-order at HOPE AND MAY you are committing to the full purchase and is final sale. We require the full payment at time of initial quote to secure the items for a delivery date outlined.
Pre-order lead times quoted are estimates only and have an approximate 3-4 month delivery lead time. While we work hard to meet this timeline, occasional delays due to production, supply chain, or other unforeseen factors may occur.
If change of mind or timeframe delay occurs, payment is non refundable. Pre-order items are cut and sewn specifically for your order. Due to this, all pre-order sales are final once an order is placed and we're unable to modify, cancel, or exchange.
