The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Hope & May can not be held responsible for.  

 

FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Express Shipping on all satchels Australia wide.

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia over $300*. This is automatically applied at checkout. This is not valid on any furniture pieces. This offer is only valid on items that don't require additional freight costs.
If under any circumstance you are able to checkout on any furniture items with Free Shipping applied, you will be contacted by our team with an invoice to pay additional freight costs. If Free Shipping promotions are active at any stage, these do not include bulk shipping items or furniture. The shipping cost for these items will be charged at an additional cost.

 

PRE ORDER TERMS 

When placing a pre order at Hope & May you are committing to the order. We require full payment at time of purchase. Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances. If change of mind occurs, payment is non-refundable. *Furniture items require an additional freight cost, our customer care team will be in touch with the quote.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International or DHL International express depending on your options at the checkout. At this stage we do not offer international shipping on furniture and on selected home and living products.


PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1 - 3 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. If your order exceeds our suggested time frame, our team will be in touch. In sale or promotional periods, please allow up to 3 - 4 days for our team to pick and pack your order.


SPLIT ORDERS
Our online orders are processed in our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia although occasionally orders can be split from multiple locations delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Hope & May do not take any responsibility for any parcels where ‘Authority to Leave’ has been selected as a shipping method during checkout. By selecting this box you are authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you sign on delivery.
