Part Time Sales Assistant and Casual Sales Assistant (Byron Bay Boutique)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Hope & May. Here at Hope & May we love what we do and are looking for the perfect girl, who is familiar with our brand ethos, has a ready for anything attitude and hard working ethic to come onboard as apart of a retail sales team in Byron Bay.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with demonstrated retail sales skills supported by their experience within the retail industry. 

  • 2+ years prior experience
  • Flexibility with work hours and available on weekends
  • The ability to work well in a team, contributing to store sales and co-operate well with managers to main
  • A willing to learn and increase your knowledge base under the guidance of the management team
  • A trustworthy and reliable personality

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer relationship role is highly regarded
  • Excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills
  • Must have a can do attitude
  • A personal drive to succeed and learn
  • Must be able to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Well presented

E-commerce / Customer Service Manager (Head Office Byron Bay)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the online team at Hope & May. Here at Hope & May we love what we do and are looking for the perfect girl to manage our E-Commerce sites and customer service.

The role:

  • Answering phone calls at Hope & May Head Office. Taking messages and assisting customers with product information 
  • Answering all customer service emails (the successful applicant must have exceptional spelling & grammar)
  • Assisting the team with stock management & stocktake
  • General office organisation i.e  spec sheets, filing and office maintenance
  • Assist in uploading new product onto the website, creating engaging descriptions and tags
  • Assist in quality checking new stock arriving from suppliers
  • Assist in making sure inventory levels are accurate at all time

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer relationship role is highly regarded
