Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact our team at email@example.com
Once an order has been placed, Hope & May is unable to make amendments to your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address or contact details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Hope & May can not be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
As an international customer, please be aware you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order depending on the destination country - this is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information and courier details so you can keep up to date with your order.
Yes we ship worldwide! Some destination countries may not be listed due to courier issues, although if this is the case, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you further.

Hope & May does not cover the costs associated with returns. All costs associated is the responsibility of the customer and Hope & May is not held liable for any missing returns to our head office.
Hope & May online orders can NOT be returned to our Byron Bay, Bondi Beach or head office in person. All returns must be submitted online via our Returns Portal.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We recommend shopping our sale items carefully to avoid disappointment.
