If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of delivery, we offer exchange or online credit only subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in their original packaging

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you at an additional charge.
RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING
Return shipping and handling costs are at the cost of the customer. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item including packaging.
The parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Hope & May. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns on sale items are not eligible for a return. All sale items including styles marked down during a flash sale / archive sale or promotion are Final Sale and not eligible for any return, credit note or size change.
If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Gift Cards are not eligible for a return

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.
